Welcome to Mannahelp!

Welcome to Mannahelp, where action meets compassion to create real change. We are dedicated to uplifting vulnerable individuals and families across Durham Region, Ontario (Whitby, Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Courtice, Clarington, and Uxbridge), through essential food, hygiene, and youth programs.

While MannaHelp focuses on supporting Durham Region, Ontario, we also address global issues of poverty, hunger, and inequality.

But we can’t do this alone. It’s with the support of compassionate people like you that we’re able to bring hope to those who need it most. Join us in making an even greater impact—together, we can transform lives and build stronger communities.
