Cookies, Cocoa & Community 2026 — Vendor Application

By submitting this application, I understand and agree that: • The vendor fee is $75 per approved vendor space and includes one table provided by Mannahelp. • Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Mannahelp may limit similar vendor categories to help maintain a diverse marketplace. • Vendor spaces are confirmed only after approval and receipt of the $75 vendor fee. Approved vendors must submit payment within five (5) calendar days of receiving their acceptance email. All vendor payments must be received no later than October 31, 2026. If payment is not received by the applicable deadline, Mannahelp may release the space and offer it to another applicant. • Vendors are responsible for their own table covering, signage, displays, products, sales equipment and payment processing. • Additional tables or display space are not guaranteed. • Access to electricity is limited. • Vendors must follow the assigned setup, event and cleanup times and may not dismantle their display before the event ends without prior approval. • Vendors are responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and removing all items at the end of the event. • Vendors selling or distributing food are responsible for complying with all applicable food-safety, public-health, licensing and permit requirements. Mannahelp may request supporting documentation where applicable. • Alcohol, illegal products and products considered inappropriate for a family-friendly community event are not permitted. • Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their own products, equipment, cash and personal belongings. • Participation does not guarantee a particular level of attendance or sales. • Mannahelp reserves the right to decline or remove products, displays or activities that are inconsistent with the family-friendly nature or values of the event. • Vendors are required to help promote Cookies, Cocoa & Community through their own social media and customer networks.
