While Mannahelp’s primary focus is on supporting local communities in Durham Region, Ontario, we recognize that the challenges of poverty, hunger, and inequality extend far beyond our borders.
Our international work reflects our commitment to creating a more equitable world for all, especially in regions where vulnerable populations face barriers to education, resources, and basic needs.
One of the key areas where we focus our international efforts is girls’ education in Nigeria, connected to our Youth Empowerment pillar. In many developing countries, the girl child is often left behind in education, limiting her opportunities for growth and economic mobility.
Mannahelp actively works to ensure that girls have access to education, empowering them to break free from the cycle of poverty and contribute to the development of their communities. Through partnerships and initiatives, we provide educational resources, school supplies, and scholarships to ensure girls have the opportunity to learn and thrive.
