Expanding Our Reach

In 2024, Mannahelp witnessed a significant increase in the number of individuals we serve. Among those in need, we identified a growing concern: children attending school hungry.

In response, we extended our efforts to support the children and their families.

By collaborating with school principals, we are now providing food and essentials, ensuring that no child faces the barriers of hunger while pursuing their education.

The task ahead of us is mighty, and we cannot do this alone. To truly make an impact, we need the support of individuals, the community, and organizations.

Together, we can continue to make a difference and bring hope to those who need it most.

Thank You to Our Supporters

Girl Child Education Program

Although our Girl-Child Education Program has been running since 2021, we introduced digital literacy to students in Makoko, Lagos, Nigeria, in January 2023—making this milestone initiative one year old this month!

There are currently 59 children in the digital literacy program. The children have learnt so much within a space of one year!

Challenges

Majority of people in Makoko live on less than a dollar a day. So even sending their kids to school is a stretch for the parents.

Our goal is to be able to encourage as many students as possbile to go to school and succeed – most especially the girls which is why we’re supporting them and their families with essentials including: school uniform, food, stationeries, and shoes. but we can only do this with your help.

With over 6million girls out of school in Nigeria, Mannahelp is on a mission to make education guaranteed and to increase the girl child enrolment in school.

Girls especially are denied access to basic rights. Sponsor a child to support their right to go to school, to be healthy and to enjoy equal opportunities. Empower children to achieve their full potential.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we step into 2025, we remain committed to improving lives . With exciting initiatives, and expanded food drives, we aim to help even more individuals and families in need right here in Canada and in Nigeria.

Together, we can continue to make a difference!

Warm regards,
The Mannahelp Team
